Strength Healing & Balance Through Dance

 with Areerat K Tri-siddha,  7 – 9 February 2014

This retreat will provide an opportunity for you to explore and experience your own authentic movement expression that is healing and transformational. We will draw from our own body wisdom, mindfulness practice in dance and movement, intention setting and connection to compassionate rhythm and heart vibration as tools to re-awaken our awareness into deeper connection with our true ‘self’, our ‘Spirit’ and our in-the-moment relationship with others around us.

Join us to retreat into this wholesomeness of being and expression, to restore, re-connect, and be energized and inspired by dance! All welcome.
