February 16-18 2018
“Your task is not to seek for love but merely to seek and find
all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.”
In what ways have we placed barriers against love within ourselves? In what ways do we deny the love that is our intrinsic nature? In this 3 day workshop, we will be exploring just that; so that we can dissolve the barriers that we have absorbed from our culture, our families and most importantly that we have created ourselves. We will do this by creating a safe space where vulnerability and shared humanity are our foundations and by using the following modalities.
- Family constellations- exploring how patterns of behavior and beliefs get passed down the generations.
- Shadow work- Honestly exposing our own shadow to reap the gems to be found in the darkness.
- Biodanza and DanceMandala- Connecting to our bodies and hearts through music and movement.
- Inner Dance- Connecting to our deeper wisdom selves through music and gentle touch.
Throughout the retreat, we will be exploring and releasing the myriad ways we hold love at arm’s length.
We have often unknowingly taken on beliefs and expectations from our families and from our culture about who we are, about other people and about the world which simply are not true and don’t serve us. We will be gently encouraged to firstly acknowledge how this works within us and then shown how to replace limiting beliefs with a deeper truth about our essential nature. We will do this using a combination of deep sharing, dance modalities, constellation work and shadow work all held within an exquisitely safe and nurturing space.

Together they have a combined forty years experience of leading transformational groups. They are both passionate in believing that transformation needs to include all levels- body, mind and spirit and as such have immersed themselves in a truly eclectic base from which to draw their own teaching.
