Numerous studies have proven that yoga provides those who are recovering from addiction, depression or stress with a safe context for confronting negative emotions, and a structured process to help resolve them. This is why New Life uses yoga therapy to assist those who are suffering in their recovery, and we are proud to say that New Life has become a significant center for yoga study. Our team teaches the asanas, pranayama, the bandhas, ashtanga, kriya yoga and concentration exercises.
