Go confidently in the direction of your dreams. Live the life you’ve imagined

– Henry David Thoreau

  • Are you looking for a change in your life?
  • Are you feeling stuck in a situation that doesn’t fit any more?
  • Do you want to lead a more meaningful life?
  • One that reflects your values and interests?

Our vision and enthusiasm sometimes get clouded by everyday life…

This workshop will help and inspire you to reconnect with your true self and that vision of a “life worth living” that we all hold inside.

Using a variety of easy and enjoyable tools and exercises, including movement, writing, drawing and mindfulness you will identify:

  • What is important to you
  • What is meaningful
  • What are your priorities
  • What gets in the way
  • How to work with fear, self-criticism and other people’s negativity

About Adam and Kim:
