Ecstatic Feet: A DANCEmandala Intensive Weekend Retreat

 with Areeradh K. Tri-Siddha, 23 – 25 May, 2014

 Dancemandala

What is DANCEmandala Ecstatic Feet?

This exploration is a fundamental layer of DANCEmandala. It is a simple dance journey through the body.  Moving mindfully through our body map, we create greater awareness of our true self-expression and to express less judgments to self; to find joy in simply moving the  and surrendering ourselves to the dance; to immerse in the moment of freedom from any limited beliefs. This is a profound journey from a place of authenticity toward freedom, ecstasy and bliss.

Principal concepts and philosophy behind DANCEmandala practice will be introduced with a complete immersion and practical focus on the 1st layer, ‘The Body’. We will creatively explore natural movement trough different layers of our self using music, imagination and our body’s wisdom. The aim is to reconnect to the inner freedom and playfulness that may bring deep healing to our body and mind. This workshop can be counted toward the DANCEmandala Training Module 1.

No prior experience with dance needed. All welcome!
