5Rhythms Workshop

with Jo Cobbett, 21-23 November, 2016

retreat dance workshop

This 5Rhythms® workshop is a dive into our inner landscape with movement, exercises and presence. It is about discovering the transformational power of movement through embodiment: presence inside of vitality.

The 5Rhythms® is a process of meeting ourselves through listening and engaging with our inner elements. We will explore:

  • How we follow and receive, meeting the ground with fluid engagement.
  • How we express and shape life, meeting our edge and through form and intention embrace the fire within.
  • How we integrate these and discover our own commitment and surrender, becoming the dance.

Within this release our spirit rises and we meet the liberation that is the birthplace of our creativity and the gateway to our souls in motion.

The dance is deep, wide, soaring, spacious and tender.

We find our way home to source and kindness as well as exploring empowering ways to meet our challenges and express our authenticity.

This is a dance of the self within the collective field, and through meeting ourselves in this dynamic moving meditation we can find our centre, our connection, and our community.

No previous experience is necessary or discouraged. More info at 5Rhythms.com

Format of the retreat:

The language of instruction will be English. There will be 5 sessions in total: 1 session on the first evening, and 2 sessions per day for the next two days. The duration of each session is three hours.
