We want to introduce Ani Pema, a Buddhist nun, who joined New Life Foundation in April 2016. She is offering her services as a meditation teacher, yoga therapist particularly working with conditions of anxiety and depression, and as a life coach.
I have been at New Life for almost six months now and the end of my stay comes closer and closer. What I can already say, is that it has been one of the most amazing experiences in my life! The lessons I learned here are too numerous to write down in a single blog post, but I wanted to give it a try with the 13 that are most valuable to me.
