In the past, Carlie had struggled with depression as well as with alcohol and drug addictions. She put in much effort to get a healthy life again. Then, after a bad breakup, she feared to fall back into her bad habits and that’s why she chose to come to New Life. An interview:
The New Life garden is brimming with different colored salads and vegetables at the moment. But it has taken some work to get the land in shape to produce delicious, healthy food. Now one person in particular helps to keep the farm work organized.
Getting an interview with Kees was like trying to catch raindrops. A highly energetic 50 something man, originally from Holland, who is known at New Life for being here, there and everywhere.

Several months ago we added 115 ducks to our New Life family. Each day one of our residents collects between 100 and 110 eggs. But there are more reasons why the ducks come in handy for maintaining organic farming.
